Repairing a damaged wood floor depends on the extent of the damage. For smaller dents and scratches, you can repair them using putty, wax sticks, and/or sandpaper. First, clean the area and make sure it's free from dust and debris.
Then fill the area with putty, wax sticks, or both. If the area requires more depth, use sandpaper to smooth it out gradually. Once the area is level, use a finishing tool, such as a sander, to smooth out the area.
Finally, apply a finish, such as lacquer, to seal and protect the wood.
