The restoration of a bedroom is always easier. The flooring is kept in good condition, and the bed usually covers (and protects) most of the surface. It leads to much cheaper service and less work. The only difference here is the staining colour. We did dark-oak staining and then finish with matt lacquer.
The job took 9 hours with everything included.
