Hardwood flooring refurbishment - living room, Southwark

before and after floor repair and sanding of hardwood flooring in a living room, Southwark

The flooring repair in this house was a long process of restoration. It took hours to make the reclaiming and recover the subfloor level. We closed the cement holes in front of the fireplaces. Once it was done, we had to lay down all the new floorboards, seal the surface, do the sanding and gap filling, and finally staining and finishing with matte lacquer.

It was a long floor repair process, and we did all the necessary things to make this floor like new.
