Every apartment with bright colours has to keep its floors in perfect condition. Regular repair once per year is very recommended. It will keep the place fresh, and protected from windy floor. Some floorboards have to be replaced with the same wood and colour.
It's good to apply light staining with fine polishing, just to lock the upper surface from small dist and dirt. If you have kids or pets, it's a nice idea to take care of your wooden floors.
