This was a hard floor repair. The previous condition was horrible, and we had to do lots of reclaiming, sanding, and gap filling. In such cases, it may look that a new floor is a better choice, but the entire house one flooring type, and it was easier to make a restoration. The sanding took 5 hours, and it had to be dust-free and low noise.
All other repairs took about 5 hours, because we had some subfloor issues to fix. At the end, it looks new and just made another pleased customer.
