This house in Streatham had a nasty floor on the 1st floor. Probably that's the most active part of this building.
The goal of our sanders was to make a complete restoration. It was a hard task, but the herringbone wood floor required reclaiming, nailing, and gap filling.
Once all the repairs were done, we did the floor sanding, ace staining, and precise polishing.
The whole process took 1.5 days because the premise had some pieces of furniture at the beginning.
