Medium oak staining and polish - living room, Hackney | East London

The sanding of this living room was a severe challenge. It looks fine in the first place, but it's close to the garden, and the subfloor was in terrible condition. In such a case, it's a construction problem, but we had to fix the problem because we had a quote for a maximum of 2 days work.

However, everything was fixed right on time, and we changed the flooring colour with medium oak. The finishing was made with satin lacquer Deva.
