Floorboards surface improvement with heavy-traffic lacquer - business office, Central London SE1

Office sanding in an office builduing in central London SE1, 44 m2 heavily worn birch wood floor. We started sanding with 60 grit sandpaper, then 80, and finished with a buffing machine with 100 grit sandpaper. We also sanded the edges with an edger grain size 80. We first applied a clear lacquer satin.

After drying for about an hour, we went through a buffing machine with 150 grit sandpaper. Then we applied two coats clear lacquer satin. The job took 7 hours.
