The parquet sanding always includes gap-filling and fitting of some floorboards. It's something normal when the floor is not repaired in the past 3-4 years. During such flooring repair, it's very important to pay attention to some details. We always fit the floorboards before sanding, just to be sure that the owner won't need another repair in the next 5 years.
The staining was recommended, and we changed the colour to something with a warmer effect. Of course, the final step was precise polishing with a buffing machine.
During the whole sanding process, we used dust-lest methodology and low-noise solutions.
