These days, it's not popular to see a dedicated dining room. This apartment was one of the largest in London, and it required floor restoration (last time the floor was sanded 11 years ago). The floor didn't look well because it had a carpet (usually, the carpet hides the actual floor condition).
We did 3 coats of sanding and staining and matt lacquer polishing. At the very end, we did buffing. Right now, the floor has perfect colour and a durable upper surface.
The job took 9 hours.
