This house has wonderful stairs, but it was necessary to apply some changes during the repairs. The previous sanding was not so successful, so we had to fix a lot of issues.
The restoration took almost 2 days because it was necessary to change floorboards, fill the gaps, fix problems with staircases, and nail-down some floorboards.
At the very end, we did staining and finishing. The sealing process was made to protect the upper surface for a very long time.
