As you can see in the pictures, it's evident that this house has very good stairs. To keep the property in good condition, it's a must to take of the stairs. It includes not only to have a perfect upper surface but also to nail very well the floorboards and to fill all gaps.
The whole repair of this house included staining because we had to achieve a specific colour. The finishing was made with clear lacquer.
The job took 5 hours.
