Sanding, gap filling with sawdust and resin - Islington

before and after Floor sanding, gap filling with sawdust and resin and finished with clear matt lacquer, Islington

This floor sanding was a tough challenge. We had to repair the floor in a room for rent which was not renovated in the past 25 years. The flooring was in horrible condition, and it required a lot of additional work.

We had to reclaim many floorboards, sand the entire flooring, do the best gap filling, and finally the finishing. The gap-filling was more complicated due to the floorboards' size.

The job took 11 hours.
