What does the Sanding Price include?
It depends on the current floor condition, what services are required, how big the premises are, whether it requires reclaiming or subfloor repair, and all the materials needed during the process (and their brands).

How to get the exact price for you
This section has a pricing list for sanding and professional wood floor services, repairs, restoration, installation, etc. Please, note that all rates are negotiable, and the final offer is possible only upon estimation. We need to measure the floor's size, to assess what has to be done, and whether we need to clear the premises first.
The wood flooring services have fixed rates, but many factors affect the final price. That's why we do not have a calculator on this page.
Sanding rates may include
- Sanding with a Belt machine;
- Grinding with a disk machine;
- Gap Filling with sawdust, resin, small floorboards;
- Stain or paint, it's good to know what's the difference;
- Varnishing - the finishing process;
- Materials - the list is really big, and it depends on the job;
Floor damage assessment
Depending on the damping and floor damage, in some cases, disassembly, cleaning, and rearrangement of the boards may be necessary. The surface should be level and perfectly dry before sanding.
Materials for sanding
Most companies specializing in such solutions offer prices with included materials with which they work. Remember that the cost rate for varnish and resin is close to 100 ml / sq. m.
Final thoughts
Many companies (we don't do that) offer low prices to attract new customers, leading to lower inferior quality. To enter the price, they often skip sandpaper, and then the final effect is terrible (the floorboards sit roughly dotted as covered with grit).
