Every bedroom is usually in good condition. There is a bed, carpet, some furniture, and the flooring doesn't have any issues. However, once per 10 years, it's good to make a renovation and improve the property. It brings more value, changes the home decoration, and makes a better floor for the next 10 years. However, this time was not an exception, and we had to make this bedroom.
The problems came mainly from the hardwood floorboards, and we had to make lots of gap filling. Everything else was as usual. The job took 10 hours.
