The hardwood floor of this apartment had a lot of broken and damaged floorboards. It was necessary to repair a lot of them and make a stable fitting. The sanding includes a few coats, nailing, reclaiming, staining and varnishing.
The upper surface has no carpet, so it had to be done with stable polishing. The home design required a combination of colour and shining effect to use the daylight.
